Rifling accuracy:

We cut the most accurately cut rifling in the industry, our tooling cuts to 1/2 of a 10 thousandth or 0.00005 of an inch, as opposed to the competition that cuts to approximately 1/2 of a thousandth or 0.0005. If you're a math nerd you'll know how awesome that is.

Every barrel is serialized to ensure 100% quality control.

Hardness:

Rockwell is approximately 28-29 Rockwell, 2-3 RW harder than most of the other products on the market. The metal we use was specifically chosen for its hardness and other metallurgical attributes. We have designed these barrels from the ground up, putting our considerable experience behind every single decision and process we have in place. From the materials we use, to our hand cut and perfectly precise tooling, we aren't just here to make money, our goal is to get as close to perfection as possible, and take you with us.

Our barrels are twice lapped, to make it smooth as glass, reduce break in, and increase consistency.

Rifling:

Lands consist of 28%-33% depending on caliber, in case that is a question that keeps you up at night.
